Fitness plan.

I thought I’d share what my fitness plan is at the moment in case any of your were interested. It’s awesome. :)

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I fill in the 20 minutes of cardio with the Couch to 5K training. This is it adapted for Treadmill. Just google C25K for the non-treadmill one.
